Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If not, here is how our return and exchange process works.

Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• New, unworn, and unused
• In their original packaging
• Free from stains, scents, or damage

All items will be inspected upon return. Items that do not meet the condition requirements may be denied and returned without a refund.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and paying all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
