Shipping locations
We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping options and rates
Standard delivery: $4.99, estimated arrival in 3–5 business days
Express delivery: $19.99, estimated arrival in 1–2 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location or any carrier delays.

Order tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or delayed packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help initiate an investigation with the carrier.
